Whirry works with a PI to find missing jewels. They investigate a crime scene which results in Whirry rolling down the embankment and providing the mother of all upskirts.
Joan Alcorn - The Love Box (1972)
Alcorn bends over to remove a guy's boots, giving him a view in the process.
Christina Hart - The Bunny Caper (1974)
Hart strolls up to a garden party and her dress keeps blowing up - revealing a lack of underwear. The party goers are scandalized.
Tori Spelling - Scary Movie 2 (2001)
Spelling delivers a sendup of the famous Poltergeist scene.

The covers are pulled down by the ghost while Tori sleeps.
A pretty good view of Tori as she's pulled up the wall and assaulted by the poltergeist.
The gag is that Tori actually enjoyed the experience.
