Herman (David Reed) is a failing Tiger Brush salesman. His manager (Pope Hook) gives him an ultimatum that he'd better sell more or he's out.
Herman is thrown out of his car and left on the curb. There he encounters an invisible poltergeist (!) who assists him with selling brushes to the local suburban housewives.
In a nearby home a woman (Karen Wyatt) cooks a birthday cake wearing only an apron.
She removes the apron, but strategically places the birthday cake in front of her naughty area.
Herman strolls in to sell his wares and can't believe his eyes.
The woman grabs a skillet to cover herself and tries to drive Herman out.
Unfortunately, the confrontation results in the cake icing tube getting squeezed and going everywhere.
Herman is gone and the woman is left on the floor, with her birthday surprise ruined.
Herman's next customer is a blonde (unidentified actress) who greets him wearing only a towel.
He's stricken by the sight, but eventually pulls it together to continue the sale.
But the vacuum cleaner sucks her towel. She struggles to keep hold of it and Herman pulls the vacuum in the other direction.
Eventually the woman wins out and Herman is banished from the home.
Herman finds himself in the afterlife standing accused for his pervy behavior by these women. But it turs out to only be a dream. THE END
