The second Witchcraft film stars Delia Sheppard as the evil witch. Many more Witchcraft movies would follow. Why'd they make so many? For whatever reason, these were a guaranteed money maker in video stores; this one was made for just $80K and made over a million.

REVIEW: [10/03/20] Objectively terrible. The series hadn't quite arrived at the realization that Witchcraft movies are supposed to be sleazy and campy direct to video horror films; so, it plays it pretty tame and straight. Once the film's directors come to terms with their identity things get a little better.
SECOND SPIN: [12/16/24] My initial opinion still holds true - this is just dreadful. It's boring and the sleaze is woefully sparse. Despite how bad it is, it's better than the first - which is so godawful that I don't plan to ever review it on VZ1. So, we're starting this series from the sequel.
SYNOPSIS
William Adams (Charles Solomon Jr.) and his girlfriend Michelle (Mia M. Ruiz) are in bed. In the original Witchcraft movie, William was a baby. Here, he's supposed to be a teenager [although he looks like he's in his mid-thirties!] William is paid a visit by his new neighbor Dolores (Delia Sheppard) who gives him a strange amulet. Mr. and Mrs. Adams (John Henry Richardson and Cheryl Janecky), his parents, examine the strange object. They know Williams' history with the witches and all that - so are a bit worried. William's friend Boomer (David Homb) is the most annoying human on earth. William asks his nerd friend Audrey (Kirsten Wagner) to investigate the amulet. William sees Dolores working on her house. He's put under her spell - hypnotized by her backside. He enters Dolores' house and finds Michelle having sex with a guy. It turns out to just be a hallucination.
Dolores visits Mrs. Adams. Then straight-up kills her. Audrey calls William to let him know she's found some important information regarding his amulet in some ancient manuscripts. I'm always amazed how little small town libraries always have such an extensive occult collection that would put the Smithsonian to shame. Audrey goes to William's house. Audrey is thrown out his window to her death. She lands right in front of Boomer and William. Dolores summons evil forces against Michelle. Michelle is at home looking through the yearbook when the evil force arrives... Michelle has her shirt ripped open, she's thrown on the bed and her legs are spread. [But it's clearly a body double - as Michelle's head is conveniently covered by a pillow.] Reverend Cross (Frank Woods) is Michelle's father and will help fight the forces evil in the house next door.
Both Michelle and William are branded with the pentagram. Dolores kills Boomer. Thank god. Dolores kills Boomer. (Thank god.) Now she comes for Michelle and William. Dolores puts William under a spell to have sex with her - supposedly his progeny will bring out "hell on earth". William grabs the cross laying conveniently nearby and stabs Dolores with the sharp end. THE END
