Quitenme la calentura (1994)

(AKA Take Away My Fever / "El Indomable") It's another Alberto Rojas sex comedy which takes place at a sex clinic. Not much really to say about this film; I'll touch on the highlights - but it's really just gobs of eye candy signifying nothing.

REVIEW: [6/26/20] Alberto Rojas films definitely aren't lacking in the T&A department. They are, however, lacking in pretty much everything else. Karla Barahona is a goddess, and the other two ladies are also easy on the eyes. So, it's hard to hate on this stupid movie which fails on all counts except where it counts most.

SECOND SPIN: It looks like they had tons of fun making it - and I had fun watching it. It's a win-win. Pretty much the same take as last viewing - stunning eye candy from the first frame to the last. Precious little nudity (damn near PG in fact), but I can't be mad.

SYNOPSIS

Two couples check in to Dr. Popochas' Sexology Institute; they suffer from an uncontrollable sexual fever that they need to be cured of.Juan, Julia (Patricia Muñoz), Alberto and Susana (Marisol Barradas). Juan is put in a straight jacket and isolated from his wife. He's then attended to by the staff. His wife Susana (Marisol Barradas) is also confined to a separate room. She's attended to by two muscular orderlies. This sexual fever evidently turns you into a rabid nymphomaniac, constantly hungry for sex. Dr. Popochas (Alberto Rojas) greets his new assistant Barbara (Karla Barahona). [Karla Barahona has 59 film/TV credits and produced several films. She was active from the late eighties to 2017. She is also a singer.] Half this film is just looking at Karla Barahona sit... and I'm okay with that. She's led upstairs to where the four patients are being kept. The two wildly horny couples sit for a therapy session with Barbara and Popochas. [More Barbara sitting - which, as I've said, I'm more than okay with.] Susana and Juan seem more like they're possessed by the devil than a sex fever. Susana puts on a negligee. Julia and Susana share a room. Susana is so engorged with lust she tries to get it on with Julia. Popochas finds them in this position - and sexual activity is strictly forbidden. They claim they're just dancing.

Julia joins the guys on the roof. Susan arrives wearing sheer panties. But Barbara steals the boys' attention. Julia and Susana just watch in disgust. Barbara tears off her skirt and flaunts her butt in their faces. Popochas takes advantage of Susana. Popochas and Barbara monitor the couples on the security camera. When the coast is clear, the couples meet to find a way out. Susana and Juan pretend to be asleep when Popochas checks on them. Oddly, Julia pretends to be passed out by the toilet. Popochas leaves, but now Barbara is sleepwalking. The guys don't know how to handle this. Barbara, still asleep, grabs Juan's crotch. Popochas arrives and snaps her out of it. She then passes out. Barbara wakes up, but then Susana passes out and falls onto Popochas' lap. Barbara has become unhinged; so wildly horny she's humping the column. Popochas relieves her of this pent-up lust.

Popochas drinks a libido booster and storms into Susana's room like Jekyll turned to Hyde. Susana takes a shower with Popochas. Next, Popochas moves on to Julia who is fast asleep. Julia wakes up and they have sex. In the end, they're cured and now happy couples.
