This is a pretty sick and twisted flick about a psycho family who makes snuff films. Borrows a lot from The Devil's Rejects.

- Ms. Samantha Udger (Megan Emerick) evil clan matriarch

RATING: ☆☆☆☆☆ 5/10
REVIEW: It's not quite fair to say this is a Devil's Rejects ripoff as Devil's Rejects was a ripoff as well... and really that opens a whole can of worms on how directors always borrow from previous works. So aside from the copy-paste appearance of the film, it still was pretty bad Bring on the violent smut - I'm no prude - but this often seemed try-hard and lame - yet did have its share of moments of surprising levels of graphic violence. So, yeah, a bit conflicted on this one.
SYNOPSIS
So, continuing from where the 2013 movie left off, we find that one of the murderers, Stanley (Daniel Emery Taylor) was never caught. Stanley is the mentally challenged one of the "Devil's Rejects". 5 years later, Beth (Constance Medrano) relives the trauma. Skye (Betsy Rue) is also a survivor. Mandy (Lara-Louisa Piacquadio) wasn't there but wants to learn about what happened. This is where you get a long exposition from Skye on what took place in the first film. Ms. Samantha Udger (Megan Emerick) runs a "home for battered and abused women". Cammie (Lisa Marie Kart) is asking too many questions about a missing girl from the home. Cammie is hit over the head with a bat by Alan (Jim O'Rear), the paternal figure of the evil clan. Samantha is a member of the clan as well. They have Stanley take Cammie to the snuff film room. With Alan dressed as Santa, they make a snuff film. Samantha watches the filming on a computer and gets aroused.
Mandy works at the The Kalico Kitchen and is visited by her boyfriend Andrew (Nicholas Huntsman). They go to her place and Mandy thinks she hears strange noises. Mandy has her headphones on so she doesn't hear Andrew being murdered. Suddenly, Stanley appears. He rips off Mandy's clothes and prepares to rape her. Before he can rape her, Mandy sells out her friend and tells Stanley that Skye is staying with her parents (and even gives him the address). Lotta good that did. Stanley murders her anyway; Beth finds her body.
Samantha seems like a well-put-together member of the evil clan. However... Samantha is a total psycho. She has a naked girl from the battered women's shelter tied up. Samantha is made-up like a clown, as is the victim. Alan joins and together they brutally torture the girl. Samantha tells Alan that she found out from Stanley where Skye is located. Skye is visiting her parents. Her mother Carla (Debbie Rochon).Skye and Carla have a wholesome time outside. Beth is trying to reach Skye about Mandy's death, but she missed her call. Uh-oh Samantha has shown up under false pretenses. Samantha leads them down in their basement where they are now face to face with their worst nightmare. Alan knocks out Skye and Carla. Carla is knocked out and her husband is tied up. Alan wakes up Carla and proceeds to brutally assault her. Alan proceeds to rape her -but it gets worse. He sticks a sack over her head and suffocates her to death whilst raping her. Well that was unpleasant. Next, Alan pours gasoline on the dad and lights him on fire.
Alan carries off Skye for a snuff film appearance. Stanley is resentful of Samantha and approaches her in the shower. After chasing her around a bit, he kills Samantha in the bathtub. Alan and Stanley proceed to murder all the ladies in the battered women's shelter - saving Rickie (Cheyenne Oliver) for last. Skye wakes up in the snuff film basement. She and Alan fight it out. She gets his gun, but it's unloaded. He knocks out Skye and carries her away. She's dumped in a small container. Alan and Stanley return to old St. Leopold's Hospital - where it all began. Skye is pulled from the container. Beth shows up but accidentally shoots Skye. Good job. Stanley kills Alan. And so it ends.
Weird - the cheyanne Oliver scene was cut from the one I streamed?
