A lowly goofball finds himself dealing with the head honcho for strike negotiations. The boss temps him with a lifestyle of the rich and famous in order to not have to meet the union's demands. Featuring Jenny Llada and Eva León.
Alfredo Landa is poor sad sack Hipólito Castañón who still lives with his mother and her geriatric relatives.
In stark contrast, Antonio Ozores is Don Carlos, the big boss at the company, who wakes up in palatial spledor, next to his beautiful and nude wife, Adela (Jenny Llada).
Don Carlos sips his coffee given to him by his butler (Luis Lorenzo), then drives off in his Rolls.
Hipólito, doesn't take a Rolls. He takes the bus. But there's an upside - this morning, he spots a pretty girl at the bus stop.
Hipólito is a bit of a perv, grabbing her but as she gets on the bus.
There's a big strike at his place of work. Eva León is the lady on the right.
Don Carlos is none too pleased. Hipólito's job is described as a janitor, but he seems to be more of a security guard.
Don Carlos is greeted by his secretary Sara (Pilar Alcón)
Don Carlos and management listen to the union's demands, while Sara types.
Hipólito is the strikers' spokesperson and his list of demands is so long that Sara's dictation tape falls in rolls on the floor.
Hipólito reports back to the workers.
He and Eva León prepare to get busy.
Unfortunately, a forklift comes and interrupts their lovemaking, forcing to run through the boxes like madmen.
Marina (Maite Sancho) asks her father, Don Carlos, if she can have friends over to their pool.
Everyone gets naked, including Marina.
Don Carlos decides to use the foolish Hipólito to his own end, by making him his personal assistant. This will give him a taste of the good life, and will soon forget his impoverished fellow workers.
Hipólito has sex with Eva León at his place... but their interrupted by the various geriatrics that also live there.
Back at work.
Sara knows the routine, and strips immediately.
The joke is that Hipólito keeps banging on the door and interrupting them. Don Carlos, still trying to be nice, lets him in each time, but Sara has to hide.
This was actually hilarious. Hipólito invites in nuns, little realizing that Sara is totally nude underneath Don Carlos' desk.
The workers begin to realized that Hipólito has been bought and sold.
Hipólito has some alone time with Sara (Pilar Alcón)
They have to get dressed quickly, as Don Carlos is at the door. This happens one too many times in this film; a gag that's played a bit much.
She starts coming on to him, hot and heavy. Hipólito tries to escape, but resistance is futile.
Here's that same gag again - Don Carlos is at the door.
Hipólito escapes out the back after he's given the key.
Later, Marina is busted skinny dipping by her parents. Worse, Hipólito is found in the bushes nearby.
But it turns out well. Marina gets pregnant and Hipólito is the father; so, he's part of the family now.
Now, Hipólito rides up to the gate in a Rolls, and is confronted by the angry strikers.
This is actually a really funny movie. Alfredo Landa and Antonio Ozores are given plenty of room to flex their comedic skills, and Pilar Alcón, Eva León and Jenny Llada spend most of their screen time in the nude. As mentioned, the gag of having someone almost catch characters in the act gets played over and over. A bit overused.

Double Feature: I instantly thought of Hot Connections (1973), where the workers are all protesting, and this guy is caught in the middle. Plenty of great T&A in that one too, and also features a hot secretary (Rene Bond).
