A Mexican comedy starring Rafael Inclán and Rebeca Silva. Basically, he's an electronics repairman who is also a professional pick-up artist. He's banging every girl in the neighborhood, until he meets his match with Silva.
Emanuelo (Rafael Inclán) is an electronics repairman.
He takes timeout to spy on his neighbors.
Rebeca Silva - we'll meet her again later.
On the way to a funeral, the Hearse has a flat tire.
Emanuelo consoles the widow (Isaura Espinoza).
He takes her to wait in his VW bus while they fix the flat.
He feigns sympathy while trying to not ogle her legs too much.
As it so happens, Emanuelo has a wet bar handy.
They end up having sex in his lovemobile.
Later, he's confronted by a mother (Ana Luisa Peluffo) and daughter (Mireya Cantú).
The daughter bails on him, but mom is all in.
He takes her to a sauna to make love.
When the steam clears, the mother can see they're actually not a lone - there's a group of guys watching in the corner.
He sees Lucha (Rebeca Silva) at a restaurant and hits on her, but fails badly.
He gets ribbing from his friends, but makes a bet he'll get in Lucha's pants.
Emanuelo lays it on thick at Lucha's place of work, a clothing store.
Eventually she agrees to go on a date with him.
He has arranged a romantic gondola ride.
He immediately springs into action.
Lucha fends him off and even grabs the gondolier's pole to keep him at bay.
Emanuelo tries to pass of a pair of panties as coming from Lucha.
Having struck out, he's surprised to find Lucha receptive to another date. This time at her place.
He's even more surprised to find Lucha greeting him in a see-through negligee.
Lucha leads him back to the bedroom.
He waits for her in bed, and when the lights come on, the room is full of accusers.
Without breaking his stride, he's back to playing the field.
His various women consult.
Along the way, Lucha has actually found Emanuelo desirable and calls for him to come over.
She waits for him in the buff.
It ultimately doesn't go so well, and it gets worse...
The men and women of the town rally to bring down this guy who's taking advantage of the wives and daughters in the neighborhood.
A mob forms outside his door.
Pedro Weber 'Chatanuga' on the right. They stare in horror at what they find inside...
Emanuelo has hung himself. Of course, when they leave, we find he's very much alive. THE END
Fairly forgettable, but Rafael Inclán and Rebeca Silva are always fun to watch, so it's not as if it's a fail. I would have liked to have seen more of the Inclán-Silva dynamic; in fact, it really should have been the whole movie. Instead, we do have to witness a lot of other female conquests that really lead nowhere.
