Big Boobs Buster (1990)

A schoolgirl is shamed for having small boobs.  So, she turns into a comic book superhero to fight girls with big breasts.  Oddly enough, this story quickly turns into an inspirational self-improvement story.

Masako (Harumi Kai) has a crush on Bando (Masakazu Arai) and pledges her love for him.

But the feeling is not reciprocal. Bando tells her that he hates women with flat chests.  Masako faints out of shame.

Masako steals the school janitor's floppy disk containing a list of all the girls with the biggest boobs.

She dresses up like a comic book villain and goes after the girls on the list.

She ropes Noriko Nakajima (Mariko Itsuki) by the school playground.

She pulls her to the top.

She makes a cast of Noriko's boobs.  She vows to expose the cast to the public unless she promises to no longer use her boobs to attract men.  (What?  That doesn't even make sense.)

Masako goes after Mitsuko Ueda (Natsuko Kayama) next.  What a classic A-Frame.

Mitsuko is left unconscious on the classroom floor.

Sachiko Furubayashi (Marina Matsumoto)  has lured Bando to the park with her big boobs.

The Big Boobs Buster strikes.

Sachiko doesn't even have big boobs.  They're metallic cups... which Masako attaches to a car battery.

Next, Masako takes on Kyoko Mitoizumi (Uran Hirosaki), the school's top athlete.

But Kyoko is unafraid, and turns the tables on Masako.

She makes Masako pledge to take her place on the track team.  Kyoko has appendicitis and can't compete - so, she'll train Masako to fill her shoes.  If she wins, Kyoko promises she can take boob casts of the entire track team.

The next thirty minutes are just Masako being forced through a grueling training, and ultimately winning the track tournament.

Kyoko makes good on her promise and lets her make boob casts of the team.

This experience has taught Masako to improve herself rather than just be hateful and jealous of others.  She should not derive her self worth from guys' opinions of her.

THE END

What the hell did I just watch?  This seemed to be for pre-teen girls... but it has boobs.  So, I'm not sure.  It was certainly strange enough to keep up interest, and I love how it went from a weird superhero-fetish type movie, to suddenly a genuinely inspirational "be all you can be" film.  WTF?
