Angel: I'll Be Your First (1996)

A live action adult manga about a girl that makes a pledge to save herself for 12 years for the boy she loves... only to return and find the boy has turned into an absolute dork.

Shizuka Himenoki (Mizuki Kanno 菅野美寿紀) has returned to her old school.  She promised herself twelve years ago that she would save herself for her true love, Kosuki Atami.

However, Kosuki Atami (Kazushi Ikeda) has long since moved on to other girls.  In fact, he's become a bit of a pervert.  He's currently messing around with Ruri (Yui Kawana)

Shizuka is walking across campus when Kosuki hides behind her to protect himself from another student wielding a stick.

Shizuka is introduced to the strict teacher, Ms. Takamori (Nao Saejima)

Ms. Takamori introduces her to the class.

Shizuka is confronted by the school bullies, but easily beats the shit out of all of them.

Kosuki is also kicked in the nuts.  Add to the A-Frame list.

Shizuka confronts Kosuki, reminding him of their pact from 12 years past.  She also expresses her disappointment that he's turned into a perverted goofball.

Ms. Takamori is a strict authoritarian, but Shizuka is too much of a badass to take any shit from her.

The bullies decide they need to take down Shizuka... and come up with a plan to do it.

In exchange for sex, one of the bullies (Miyu Saegusa) demands assistance in taking down Shizuka.

Ms. Takamori notices that a lot of her chemistry class is missing - including Kosuki and the bullies.

Kosuki is busy trying to protect a couple girls from the bullies.  He looks like an absolute retard doing so, but it's the thought that counts.

Shizuka talks with the boy that she met on the bridge - who you'd think would be the guy she ends up with.  But he explains that, while Kosuki looks like a total spastic imbecile, he's actually got a heart of gold, and has a level of courage and loyalty that he deeply admires.

So, Shizuka joins the fight against the bullies and puts the beat-down on all of them.

Kosuki and the girls are brought before Ms. Takamori and suspended from school.

Remember Ruri? She still wants what Kosuki's got.

Alone in the chemistry lab, Ms. Takamori masturbates using glass test tubes (that could be dangerous!)

While this seems to be meant solely for horny Japanese pre-teens, there's still some entertainment value for exploitation aficionados.
