Small Town Girls (1979)

Playaround Magazine holds a contest where four girls compete for $50K by acting out their fantasies.

The title song is hilarious.  Imagine the "Three's Company" theme with dirty lyrics:
Small town girls, if you try to take a pass
Those small town girls will give you more than tits and ass

The Playaround Magazine editor (Harry Freeman) is holding a contest:

The "Sex Queen Fantasy Contest" offers a $50,000 prize and the opportunity to be its centerfold. The contestants must act out their fantasies and write about their experience.

The editor assembles the four lucky contestants.

From left: Anne (Sharon Kane), Cindy Andrews (Dorothy LeMay), Danielle Stevens (Serena), Barbarella (Valerie Darlyn).

After the meeting, the four lovely ladies depart. Let the game begin!

The editor talks to the males involved in the contest.  They're not contestants; more like referees and participants in the girls' fantasies as needed.

Blonde Anne (Sharon Kane) and brunette Barbarella (Valerie Darlyn) ride together.  They're barely out of the parking lot before they're fondling each other.

This isn't even part of the contest; they're just horny, I guess.

They climb up to a private deck in the forest and go to town on each other.

We've seen the beautiful blonde Sharon Kane in a few films on VZ1 including Voyeur (1985) and Come Under My Spell (1981).  But this girl has been in a ton of films, and I imagine we'll be seeing her many times more.

And so it's on to their independent fantasies.  Anne's is probably the least interesting - she just gets pounded aboard a yacht by Bob, The Captain (Jesse Adams).

Barbarella's fantasy involves being a fortune teller.  Her clients are Elaine (Kandi Barbour) and Roger (Jon Martin).  It devolves into acid-trip orgy.

The orgy gets so out of control, and Barbarello so relentlessly pounded, that she has to be rescued by one of the referees/guardians for Playaround Magazine (Milton Ingley).

Cindy Andrews (Dorothy LeMay) is abducted by a psychopath (Aaron Stuart).

He takes her somewhere and straps her to a cross, then proceeds to rape her.  I understand her fantasy was punishment, but it's not quite clear whether this abduction was real or not.

Cindy is raped and abused to the point of unconsciousness.

Cindy's Guardian (David Morris) finds her and rescues her from her captor.

Danielle Stevens (Serena) acts out her fantasy of a limo ride with chauffeur, David (John Seeman).

The back of the limo has a nice wet bar and stereo.

 Danielle chooses the cocaine.

Danielle picks up a guy in a tux (Blair Harris) and he rams her from behind.

The girls reconvene at the editor's place.  Cindy looks awfully good for having just been mercilessly tortured and raped.

The editor can't decide who deserves the grand prize, so he just gives it to all four of them. THE END

The seventies truly were the golden age for porno; this was filmed masterfully, and the women are all gorgeous.  However, it's hard to give high marks to a film when three-fourths of the run-time consists of big flopping balls, swollen venous dicks, and vaginas on full anatomical display.  It's a porno, so no surprise that graphic sex is the meat (pun intended) of the picture.  Still, judged on any facet other than penetration, this falls hopelessly limp.
