The Erotic Circus (1969)

Originally called The Erotic Circus, the film's title was spruced up to Orgy in the Psycho House for its re-release in 2015. Considering that this movie is not erotic and there is no circus, I guess it makes sense.

Where'd they come up with the title, you ask?  I'm going to guess that it came from the original tagline: "Orgy in the Psycho House... Defilers of the Living!"

Louie (Louis Waldon) is a speed dealer, and he's bringing two ladies with him to his sister's house out in the country.

The two girls are Mary and Debbie (I'm not sure who is who); the brunette is a mute, and the blonde is an extrovert.

Louie snaps pictures of the girls upon arrival.

Louie's sister is played by Cherie Winters.  She lives in this isolated place with her weird son Jamie and the creepy caretaker, Yenos.

Mom has a very strange relationship with her boy.  And by "strange", I mean straight up incestuous.

Actress Cherie Winters provides a quick full frontal as she gets into the tub.

The girls meet Jamie, who they immediately can see is a "freak".

Inside, the brunette tries to flirt with Jamie, but he's too weird to socialize with people, and, beside, mom won't let him around other girls.

She even tries to sneak into his bed at night, but it's no use.

The brunette takes a shower.  Strictly for gratuitous nudity purposes.

The blonde finds a teddy bear with its eyes gouged out.  There's clearly something strange about this place.

In bed, Louie puts his cigar out on his woman's butt.  Whatever macabre and twisted genes are floating around his sister and nephew, are in his blood as well.

Louie is strung up on tree and gutted.

The blonde enters the horse stables to find the brunette stabbed to death on a hay bale.

Neither of these girls ever did anything in cinema besides this shitty film. They went by the names Mimosa Shoes and Natily Clad... so, there's that.

Finally, mom stabs the blonde girl.

She's carried down the stairs by Yenos, as mom puts women's make-up on her freak son.

It ends with Yenos burying the victims and marking their graves with these mannequin arms and legs.  Or are they supposed to be their actual appendages?  Don't know, don't care.  This movie sucks.

The one thing this film has going for it is a very bleak atmosphere that is among the bleakest you'll ever see.  The landscape and music are both stark and empty.  The pictures on the screen are dismal and raw.  A grim and nasty little picture that I can't bring myself to recommend.
